Our Company

Founded in 1974 Diversified Funding Incorporated is a highly accomplished and respected investor/ manager of real estate. In five decades, DFI and its affiliates have completed each transaction and met all obligations, regardless of its level of success.

Investments are made through equity or debt. DFI and or its affiliates are direct owners and or partners or managers in several thousand residential units, strip retail centers, office and hotel properties. Atlantic Financial, a related entity, specializes in interim secured real estate loans to third parties, for 6 months to 5 years.

Combining practical, financial experiences of investment results with market knowledge gained through self-management of real estate assets, has created a knowledge bank that is DFI’s foundation. DFI’s investments result from that experience.
